Michela Pantano

Michela Pantano is a talent manager in the NY office of Vanguard Management Group. Michela started in the industry at a young age, as an auditioning and working actor, but decided to pursue a career “behind the camera” when it was time for college. During her time at Hofstra University, Michela interned for top commercial casting offices in NY, and even attended a Television Writing Program for a semester at Columbia University. After graduating, Michela became an assistant in the children’s department at Abrams (A3 Artists Agency), where she discovered her love for representation.

She transitioned to talent management starting off as an executive assistant at Vanguard and worked her way up in the company to talent manager in just 3 years. Michela prides herself on her interpersonal relationships with clients – helping them navigate, grow, and sustain their careers in the entertainment industry. She has a keen eye for talent and first-hand experience of being both in front of and behind the camera.
